Client service is always his primary goal. While being in court or attending and preparing for various legal proceedings keeps him out of the office, every effort is made to personally answer the phone or at least promptly return all calls. Spending time with the client and discussing their case helps to bring better results. Client service means more than handling paperwork. Advice and assistance with daily living matters, medical insurance, medical treatment, transportation and other problems that occur due to injuries from accidents are needed and Mr. Collins’ 30 plus years of experience are invaluable to his clients.
